John C. Postelli Law Office

This firm is an absolute joke! They don't process payments and hold onto to check for months at a time! I have attempted to pay over a thousand dollars to them for my debt and they have held onto the checks for months. I finally had to cancel the checks. They dont answer the phone and they dont return calls. They are always closed for something or another and are never available. When I called inquiring about my 750 dollar payment the receptionist acted like she never saw it. I told her I cancelled the check if that was the case (I dont want a 750 dollar check floating around in the mail system) the law office then returned my check to me 3 days later saying they had just received it the same day I called. As shady as they come. The garnished my bank account without any notice that there was even a hearing. I'm currently very I'll and haven't worked in a year. They took my children's grocery money for some stupid old medical bill. Again without any notice.
