I had an extremely disappointing experience with John B. Kearney, Esq., of Kearney and Associates, P.C. His recent correspondence regarding a serious zoning issue was not only unhelpful but also highly unprofessional. Mr. Kearney's tone was condescending and dismissive, implying that my husband and I lacked understanding of municipal processes. Instead of addressing our legitimate concerns about zoning violations and their impact on our property, he chose to belittle our efforts to seek resolution through proper channels. Communication from a professional should be respectful and constructive, especially when dealing with matters that significantly affect residents' properties and well-being.
