DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!! Bungling in trial at best, no communication with client. Ineffective. Disappeared for weeks and was completely unavailable for my daughter. I had to drive to Evansville from Owensboro several times to get any communication from his office. Doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. He called my daughter’s deceased partner a “dead body we have to contend with” to me when discussing the case. Asked for $1000 to file a motion of contempt against my daughter’s son’s father. We gave the money within 24 hours. We were told the motion would be filed in a cpl of days. WAS NEVER FILED! I kept calling and emailing with no response. I have had custody of my two children ages 11&12 their entire lives and filed the proper motions to protect them. Without my knowledge she hired an attorney and they had several telephonic hearings that I also was unaware of because John didn't notify me. When it was finally brought to my attention I obtained a copy of the case summary and learned that John was unavailable for at least one of those telephonic hearings!
