Probably the best attorney I have ever had hands down. Extremely thorough and does his due diligence. He does his job and is extremely good at it. I recommend him for anyone having a dui case. Very down to earth and easy to Talk to. He certainly my saving grace💯 If you hire Joe McGrath I assure you you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Joe McGrath. Compared to other lawyers his pricing was tolerable and well worth it. I got a 1st offense DUI in Chesterfield with a BAC of .16. It seemed really unlikely that this sentence would be reduced, however Mr. McGrath was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving charge. I was still sentenced to 10 days jail time, but he pointed me to a program where I serve jail time by doing community service instead. Mr. McGrath is very knowledgeable and does what he can for the case to work in his clients favor. He is also very well known in the Chesterfield area.

He refused to accept my case because of a 'conflict of interest' and 'need to maintain his mutually beneficial relationship with the police department.'
