I walked in & the only staff is rude old women. I get helped by the furthest lady to the right “what do you need done??” I proceeded to tell her & was told I didn’t need to do what I came to do. Ok so I left, called some people, was told I needed to; so I went back in. I believe her name was Lee, she was a very kind lady, younger, had a bunch of Harry Potter things at her desk; she helped me! She must have been newer since she had a lot of questions but the other two older big women were extremely rude to her (& the customers) but also to her INFRONT of customers!! Making comments like “this is why you love your job because you ask us how to do everything” & they’d snatch papers out of her hand or ignore her causing her to ask again. It was an awful thing to experience & I really hope she’

We had some business to attend to here. It was mostly not a pleasant experience. It started with a phone call to see what we needed to bring with us. The lady who picked up the phone acted like we were a major inconvenience and even hung up the phone before we got to ask the last question of how much this will cost.. we called back and we were told a specific cost. We arrive to the location and it is so eerie and cold inside! The lady acted like we were essentially ghosts while the employees were chatting away while " serving" us... No problem we get it but the whole thing was pretty unprofessional. It was time to pay. Well the cost was triple the amount we were originally told so we could not finish the transaction. There is a reason we asked the cost ahead of time to ensure we had enough

Rude, slow, unprepared, inefficient, and lacked sufficient knowledge. No guest wifi, so you can't email them documents while in their office, like it's 1998 again. Then had to watch the employee walk around the office for 10 minutes looking for supplies that should have been right in front of her. Meanwhile, I have to listen to another employee give out incorrect information about paying sales tax on a vehicle received as a gift, and then mocking that customer after they left. Overall, just a gaggle of old, dry, gossip queens who'd rather openly make fun of customers than do their jobs.

As I am reading the comments about the rude women, I thought I should share my experience. I went with my son to get power of attorney papers signed before my son left to go back to the military. The woman was so kind and didn’t charge my son. She even thanked him for his service. She didn’t have to do any of that. With that said, I appreciate that woman! It is an experience I will never forget!

Called to get info on renewing my driver's license. The lady I spoke to seemed so eager to get off of the phone that I could barely explain anything to her. I misplaced my current license so I wasn't sure on how to go about things. And Penn dot told me to contact the notary and they can give me a photo card and that the one I already paid for that still hasn't come in the mail, I will be refunded for. This is my first rodeo with this, sorry. I know they probably deal with this a lot but when I'm trying to understand and get info can't you seem a bit more pleasant.
