Had a phone interview scheduled for 230 no call. I Call their office at 240 to make sure I wasn't to call in and she assured me we would get a call. A little pass 3 PM still no call so we decided to cancel. Why would we want to hire someone that doesn't have the decency to call or have their office call and reschedule. Not professional.

I am so grateful for the excellent help Jodi gave me during a tough time in my life. Jodi and her team were compassionate and professional in helping me throughout this SSDI process. They were a beacon of light in such a dark time in my life. I have sincere gratitude for the services they provided. Had a phone appt with Ms Zakaria and she was awesome!!. Very polite. Very friendly. And tells you what she will do and what she needs. Office staff is also the same way. Keep up the good work.
