I am an attorney and reached out to Joanne as I do not specialize in estate law. I strongly suggest you seek other counsel if you are looking for help with an estate situation. As estate issues typically surround the sensitive nature of a death, you need a counselor to help you deal with the stress of the situation and find solutions. She is extremely rude. I contacted her to help with an upsetting situation involving my deceased brother. She could not have shown less sympathy. She refused to listen to the whole story. Instead, she just cut me off every chance she got, telling me what I’ve done wrong so far. In times like this, you need a counselor to help you, not someone to upset you further.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not think about using this poor excuse of a Lawyer. She is heartless and should find a different career. Sorry she wasted all that money on a law degree.dont waste your money on her.
