First off! She answered the phone at 10:30PM but, don't call her then guys! I felt bad! LOL She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She really knows her stuff, she is very thorough. Where to start…bankruptcy was not an easy decision. Gut wrenching in fact. I was worried that everyone in the process would be judging me as I was judging myself. We didn’t get that with Jill. In our attempts to juggle our financial situation before declaring chapter 7 we had only made things worse. When we showed up with hundreds of documents at our first meeting with Jill she took it in stride and let us know she was on it. She maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. She's the best! When we decided that we had to file bankruptcy, I asked three lawyers in the area who was the best bankruptcy attorney they knew, and they all said, "Jill Elder," and they were right! You won't find her face on a billboard, but what you will discover is that she has a 15 year track record working with the local Bankruptcy Trustees, and they trust her. Very important. She's the reason that we were able to protect one little house that we own, and therefore have a place to live. I'd take a bullet for her (in the fleshy tissue, no organ damage of course). Hire her!!!
