I went to Dowden, Worley, Jewell, & Olswing PLLC for a child custody and support matter and was assigned to attorney Kevin Cavender. At first, things started off fine, but then his efforts changed drastically. There was a period where Mr. Cavender went completely missing for 3–4 weeks, which forced my case to be rescheduled. During that time, I was calling, emailing him, and even reaching out to the firm with no real response. I eventually showed up at the office in person, only to be told they hadn’t heard from him either. At that point, I was frustrated not only with him but also with the firm—because at the very least, they should have informed me instead of leaving me in the dark.
