Very friendly guy at first, as long as we talked about hobbies, grandkids, or anything but legal issues. He became rushed and angry whenever the topic switched to our case. He even yelled profanities when asked questions, going from passive to aggressive in 5 seconds. He's probably burned out, which is expected at 78-80+ years of age (by our estimate), but that shouldn't fall on the client or potential client. Very costly.
