We had a wonderful experience working with Ben and the whole team at Jerner. We reached out at a busy time of year, but when we let them know that it was a time sensitive matter, they were able to get the work done very quickly. The process was very smooth, and the final documents were exactly what we needed. It was very efficient to have our meetings and communications via zoom and email, and then go to the beautiful historic office to get the everything notarized, scanned, and copied. We will definitely plan to work with Jerner Law again for any future legal needs.

Created a very safe environment for me as a trans person during the process :)

Throughout our whole fertility journey, Jerner Law was the only actually LGBTQ affirming part of our process. They were knowledgable about the adoption process we had to endure as LGBTQ folks. I will absolutely use them again anytime I need a lawyer. And they have a fabulous newsletter, that I read every time it arrives in my email box.
