The definition of professionalism, courteous, and caring. I do not have enough words to express the kindness our family has received from Mr. Rowe when dealing with situations. He is always eager to help and does so in the most professional way. Rockcastle is lucky to have Mr. Rowe as County Attorney.
Mr. Rowe used to be my family court lawyer, he stood up for me and now as he's the Rockcastle County attorney, I feel all Fathers will be given a chance as long as they're trying themselves! Great guy, highly recommended for any legal ?'s or anything legally related. He listens, and for the 1st time in a long time I think that fathers who are trying, might actually get a chance for the fathers side of the story to be heard. All, I can say is it's about time, all Fathers are not "deadbeats"...
