Jenkins Law firm helped my wife and I file our bankruptcy case. They did a phenomenal job at communicating, hitting deadlines, and ultimately succeeded in exactly what at what we came to them for. Our experience was not positive. We encountered frequent spelling and accuracy issues across multiple documents, including filings submitted to the court. The letter to creditors contained a misspelling of the estate name and was not submitted to the court until I followed up approximately six months later. The letter to heirs contained misspelled names, and the closing statement also had multiple errors. We also experienced delays and lack of follow-through on time-sensitive items, including a document that did not reach the courthouse until I pursued it. When I disputed the accounting, I was told the issue would be reviewed and followed up on, but it wasn’t. After the case closed, communication became abrupt and unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend.
