I was advised to see this attorney by the office of immigration in Kansas city. I made an appointment but due to issues with my job, I'm a landscaper, I had to reschedule twice. They send you a text message 24 hours before your appointment and it tells you that if you need to reschedule or cancel please do so at that time. I followed their directions both times so I didn't really see an issue with it. After all, they are the one offering to do it. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. I got the text message this morning confirming the appointment and I didn't need to reschedule or cancel so I dismissed it.
