I contacted Jeffrey Nowak's office about an adoption last week. I was told that someone would call me back in 15 min to get my info and get started. That was days ago! If this is any indication of his work then I don't want to even get started with them.

I had Jeffrey Nowak as my attorney and from day 1 he made me feel as if I was bothering him...i thought my case(which I was 100% innocent of) was pretty cut n dry , standard easily defendable but all that Nowak was interested in doing was trying to get me a plea deal even though I was innocent. Ehen he could nt get a deal he basically tricked me into pleading guilty...it happened so fast I dodnt realize what had happened. Needless to say I would never recommend Nowak again to anyone.

Jeff was inattentive, unresponsive, and mostly checked out throughout my divorce process. He was disinterested in my questions, did not listen to my concerns, and did not guide me through the process. His blatant disregard of email communications needlessly dragged out the process and caused multiple miscommunications and added tension on several occasions. Do not retain.

I attempted to work with Jeff earlier this year. Signed an agreement and provided information for an issue I needed help with. He had me send him a bunch of details so he could start drafting a letter. Then he just vanished. Never followed up, or acknowledged anything.

Overwhelmed by a complex legal issue, Jeff expended the extra time and effort to take on the challenge. Educated me through the entire process put me at ease. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and above all produced positive results. Highly recommend.
