He was rude & insensitive during a difficult time (death of a parent). He did not do any of the tasks he agreed to do except for one which he did poorly. He then claimed to not even know what I was talking about when I inquired as to to status of the other items. He used up my retainer very quickly without warning and refused to respond to emails until I paid more (even emails asking how much was needed to pay). It took over an hour of back and forth emails to get that info, which he then charged me for even thought it could've been answered in a few minutes.
