Mr. Kuhn was chosen by the court to represent my aunt. He did not want her to be present at the hearing. The judge made the decision for my aunt to be present, so he could decide her abilities. When my aunt was brought to the courthouse for the hearing, I went into the room where she and Mr Kuhn were. Since she was elderly and I am a nurse, I started orienting my aunt to her surroundings. Mr. Kuhn was very short with me and told me to leave, even after I tried to explain what I was trying to do for my aunt. I could tell she was not at ease and was confused as to why she was brought there. I believe Mr. Kuhn wanted her to be disoriented, so he could make all her legal decisions. Very ineffective at settling my husband's estate! Very little done for probate. Poor communicator! Do not recommend. Does nor explain billing or why he is doing things. My new attorney got more things done in one meeting Kuhn got done in 16 months.
