This office was of great assistance with the closing of my property! They responded fast and I didn’t have to hunt them down for communication. Jenny was great during the process and always pleasant! Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

I'm yet another person whose buyers chose this awful attorney's office. Among a slew of other problems (including delays in getting the closing money and getting the deed recorded) they were LATE paying the tax bill! And despite me telling them several times that they incured a late fee on the taxes, that fee has STILL not been paid (mid-February as I write this) and bills continue to be sent to US even though WE PAID all of our tax money out of the closing!. Horribly unprofessional! We've bought and sold many properties and have NEVER experienced issues like this.

We do not recommend this attorney's office for closings. We did not choose them. The buyer of our home did. They lacked in communication and in being prepared. They emailed after 5pm the day before to see if we were going to be at the closing the next business day at 11am. They did not send the information, the closing documents or the amount of money needed for closing. Even after getting the information required for closing, no directions were given for how they accept funds for closing. We had to call to get that. If you are someone who needs communication and knowledge of the process, I don't recommend them. If you don't, I will close with a positive, the representative that handled the closing signing, she was very nice.

I’m a veteran of over 20 personal real estate closings in 10 different states over the past 50 years. Jenny stands out as one of the best that I’ve had the pleasure to experience. As has been emphasized in other reviews, Jenny has a knack for putting her client at ease with her upbeat personality, her expertise, and her confidence. She knows exactly how much detail to go into in her summations of each form to be signed. She keeps the process going yet is patient and thorough when necessary. Jenny is one of the best that I’ve worked with for the following reasons, She has excellent people skills. She made me feel value throughout the process. She made sure that I was comfortable. Make sure that wasn’t rushed and asked any questions that I had.. I would definitely do business with this attorney again as long as there are people in the office like Jenny.
