My interaction with the office was when I needed a document notarized immediately for a family matter. I had contacted my bank but they no longer notorized documents that were not their own. I reached out to the library and City Hall and they no longer provide that service. (Note: this was during COVID) My husband suggested Mr. Rider's office. He had recently dealt with him on a family member's death. Since I was near the office, I stopped by without an appointment. I was greeted promptly by the receptionist. She took my document back to an associate. The associated then came to me, had me sign my document and then notarized it. All done with 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed, they said no charge.
