Jefferson County District Atty

I called the district attorneys office, as I do very often, because for some reason the lady who murdered my brother and cousin, court date keep changing for years now. Every time it changes I have to call the D.A. office to get a new date, no problem. We'll I called today, 4/3/2025, and was transferred 3 times. Mind you I've been calling this same number for 3 years and they would tell me the new court date. So now I'm speaking with the lady on the 3rd transfer. She was a African American, the 2 people before her were Caucasian and extremely nice. So when the African American lady answers, I said good evening, may I ask whom I'm speaking with, she said "who am I speaking to?!" With an attitude! No lie or exaggerating. I said mam, I called you and I always get a name, what's the problem? S

I think that this is the first time i leave a comment on not to good of a Service every time i call they never ever answer the phone but when the answering machine comes up it does say that they are open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
