I haven't ever received such service from an attorney! I called to speak to him to ask questions to see if he was the best fit for my mother and i. And he says "I don't want to hear your story and I only do in office consultations " I never said I was going to tell him my story! I was going to ask him questions to see if he could help my mother and I! Today I have called 6 attorneys to see if they could help or had more info on what my mother needs! I also can't believe he thought I was looking for a free services! If u would of heard me you wouldn't have assumed this! How do you want clients but not hear people? I hope you can learn to listen to people or let them talk and ask questions.

This attorney is handling my father’s appeal, and i have never experienced worse customer service. His secretary Carol James is Horrible. Unprofessional and extremely rude. My father has had multiple issues with her and continues to have to deal with her. Ive had ONE interaction with her where she contacted me for information out of no where and spoke to me so rudely, immediately getting an attitude when I ask for why they need me to verify this information. HORRIBLE SECRETARY

Had questions about a social security issue with my father and made an appointment to see them. My mother text me the day she made the appointment and confirmed the date with me. There was a confusion with the dates and needless to say that the receptionist (parallegal) who answered the phone had the worst customer service I have encountered with a "professional" over the telephone. I told my mom I am sorry but we will not give them our money, we will use someone else. I read the reviews before we were going and decided to call. Glad I did! Upset client. I suggest you call before and see how their customer service is. I am pretty sure that the lawyer who's practice this is has lost so may cases if he has people like this working for him.

Carol Bailey James the secretary This woman is rude unprofessional and totally unconcerned. This is suppose to be a law firm where the attorneys represent persons seeking help to get their social security benefits and she literally talked over you in the whole conversation gave me her email address and told me to email her never responding or even acknowledging she even got the email with my information I called the next morning to confirm receipt of email she had a nasty attitude about she left early then she stated she got busy when I called she acted as if I was bothering her then I asked well are you going to look at your email to see if i can assist me and then she screams I AM CHECKING IT NOW. After that lack of concern and unprofessional I thought why would I want to give this law f

He is a gentleman really, helpful and excellent experience..
