I called to just get a consult and I have an amazing case, but they want a deposit, just for a consult!! That's absurd and nothing but greed from this law firm!! Go elsewhere! They just want to drain you dry like the snakes they are!!

I recorded the secretary being very abusive to me when I phoned in today. I wrote: You should know that your secretary was abusive to me and therefore I don't need to be treated like that. Specifically, in the middle of my inquiry regarding the practice area of Esq Olson your secretary abusively cut me off and the conversation was abusive from her end. I asked to speak with someone else and abusively she said she is declining representation. Whether or not you declined representation I am not to be abused on the phone. Perhaps you should check your recording! Very Disrespectful and Rude to potential clients.
