Absolutely amazing and very thorough. After spending money on a inexperienced lawyer who turned nothing in and did no work on my custody case, then charging me over $2500, I was ready to rip my hair out. Jeff was recommended to me by a friend, and I was very skeptical, due to this past experience. I sat down with him and gave him all my paperwork and info for my case. He right away wanted to work with me and help me get more time with my daughter. After 2 1/2 days of trial, I got more then I was asking and couldn't be happier. He walked me through each part and kept me in the loop though every thing. He worked around my work schedule to meet me and never pressured me into taking less then what I was asking for. I retained Jeff to represent me in a custody case. It should have been pretty open and shut given my exes past history with the court system. I had been paying him $1000 a month when I started getting rather ignorant emails. Emails that said I was untrustworthy and I was lying about making payments. I have the receipts and invoices. After 2 custody conferences and before my case was even scheduled for a hearing, and having amassed a bill of around 10,000 of which I had already paid all but 4,500... He sent me a letter asking for my full overpriced bill to be paid in full, and pay an additional $5000 retainer going forward. I had already moved out of my home to have enough money to pay this man. If zero stars could be given, I would.. I read these reviews too late.. and I experienced many of the problems others did. I filed for divorce and had a pfa. Jeff doesn't think domestic violence is serious. In fact when I explained the physical abuse he looked down on me for staying, and told me his daughters were raised better and would have left after the first time. We'll, jeff, I hope none of yoyr daughters ever has to make that decision but if they do, I promise you it may not be that easy. He failed to file motions to have my husband found in contempt for many violations, he said he didn't think it was a big deal. He refused to file other motions with the court. He told me time and time again to give my husband more property. His failure to do anything at all to stop this man caused

When you first meet jeff he will tell you what you want to hear"how easy it is", "he can help", "only 2000 i can get this taken care of", "call me any time" THEN SOON AFTER you get the reality. You just hired an angry, befuddled attorney. It is a mystery to me how he still has a bar license. Incorrect paperwork, names, dates, others peoples private information all mixed up with everyone else's paper work. THEN the billing OVERBILLED is to say the least... sends cryptic accusatory emails demeaning you if you should question any action by him. Threatening to sue if you don't answer a phone call when he wants money but it takes WEEK for him to return a call. AVOID AVOID AVOID AND SOMEONE PLEASE REPORT HIM TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION ALREADY

Jeff has been a God send for me and my family. If you are honest and open with him, and keep communication flowing with him, there isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for you! I would highly recommend him!
