Completely unprofessional. I've called left voicemails emailed. I get a response in a text from an 888 number saying it was Heather and to email my taxes to her. I ask her a question I get no response at all. I've called the last two days left voicemails. No returned call back to me or email. completely unprofessional. You can't get a hold of anybody in the office. Very disappointed in the law office. It shows bad business.

Went for bankruptcy, j.d. graham told me he was going to go to court and try to get an extension. Told me I didnt have to go to court, and he knew the attorney suing me so he would talk to him too. Well he didnt show, I didnt show, I got a default judgement against me. I had paid an additional 200 as a payment, trying to get it paid as fast as I could. 500 dollars in, and he tells me "well we didnt have to go to court, you were guilty and owed the money anyway. So now, I requested a refund as he did NO work. I didnt get to fill out the packet or anything. He sent me 100$ check and never contacted me. Will not respond to me or anything. The contract states he can keep 400 if worl is done. He is not a good attorney, im contacting ardc and following through as far as I can

Scheduled last week for yesterday for a phone consultation. It was rescheduled after the fact due to court running over I was told. I was rescheduled for today at 1 pm. No call, text, email or anything. Very unprofessional. I'll have to consult with a different office for help looks like.

This law office will stress you out!! I waited almost a year for the Them to file my bankruptcy. I kept having to reach out because they wouldn’t communicate with me. After 3 months of payments toward my bankruptcy they had to cancel it because of something they missed on their end. Then he told me that I had 3 weeks and he would have it filed by the end of August. So I turned in all of my paperwork, AGAIN, over the next few days. It has been 3 more weeks and now I get an email from them telling me that they need a list of information that I already sent to them.
