Not easy getting to a person. Too early to tell whether this Attorney is worth recommending. Update: Still VERY difficult to reach a person/staff or Attorney by phone. I live roughly 45 minutes from this Office and want to ensure someone is there...no answer AND no callback 2 business-days later. Inexcusable.... In the single face to face meeting with his Paralegal, I was pleased with the tone, attention and advice for my role as an Executor. Expected behavior from a professional.

This guy is in my estimation is the worst. A young lady came to me with a problem. She felt she could pay the fee over time but she lacked the money for a large retainer. Yet her children are at stake. I said I would give her the money and she asked me to see the attorneys with her so that she could get an older persons view point. After a meeting he said we need to get him $6500 fast to start the case, no other terms information than that for my $100. My wife called and asked what things she should put on the check. The young girl brings the $6500 to him and now it is critical he as access to my money too. Jay says I don't want him(me) to call and ask questions. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He is very rude and he never return calls. He never was interest in our case at all and it showed. The only reason I gave him a 1 star becuase there is not a zero star.
