5 years after a messy divorce, I came here as a reference from another attorney. Abby Lang represented me to do a stipulation changing parenting time, some decrees that were one-sided, Child care overpayment, and child support modification. With some disheartening opening mediation, Abby Lang and the opposing council were able to get a fair and just stipulation worked out without going to court. It was a long process to get there, but even so Abby Lang did not waste her time frivolously, saving me from higher costs. If your dealing with Family Law issue I highly recommend this firm, Don't let the small town vibe fool you, they are just as good as any 15th floor downtown firm!

They were very helpful up until the talk of money came into play. We paid all of our retainers upfront and then when talk of trial came up we were told “oh don’t worry about it right now, let’s focus on your trial/case and we will discuss later”. Case was finished in less than a day but we did have a bunch of evidence/background to go through so I understood being compensated for that. A few days after we get a bill in the mail for approx 15k and stating we have less than a month to pay. They offered a payment plan of like 2k a week….. then stated if we paid approx 6k in 2 days they would zero out the balance and close it.
