I hate that I have to go this far just to get their attention. I hired this firm to handle my expungement. However, I have not received any kind of communication since I paid the first half of the deposit. Not a email, a call, a letter, a voicemail- nothing. It has been 4 MONTHS!!!!! I have reached out in so many different ways and still nothing. Their communication is terrible. And it sucks because I don’t even live in Florida anymore, so there’s not much I can do from here. Even when Mr. Cromey was dealing with my case, it was terrible then. I constantly had to call his secretary for updates because I could never get it from him. I understand lawyers are busy with clients, but to not respond to emails from past months is unprofessional. To schedule a call meeting and then not call at all

They really fight for you and try their absolute best to do whatever they can in their power to make sure things are arranged in your best interest. Never been happier to have come across such great people in my lifetime. My life was completely upside down and they helped turn it around it anyways the possibly could.
