I highly recommend Jim Lewis! We at James Club Recovery, a certified program in Broward County, have worked with Jim Lewis, on numerous occasions and have had tremendously successful outcomes. Jim is a highly skilled lawyer who understands substance abuse and mental health issues, on how, on occasion, could result in somebody making a mistake and perpetrating a crime. I have personally seen Jim successfully defend many of his clients.

Mr. Lewis is astounding attorney, not only dedicated to justice, but it is evident he utilizes his experience as a prior prosecutor and 20+ years in private practice to the advantage of his clients. Personal experience in retaining the services and the amazing results rendered is what pushed me to write this review. While others wanted 40k or more to represent me and then ultimately pushed me over their paralegal Mr Lewis worked out a much more reasonable retainer breaking it up into three payments (which ultimately I paid him in two because instantly I saw the dedication and wanted to remain priority), he also personally handled my case not pushing it to other attorneys within his firm and most importantly was their to answer all my questions and all my phone calls (another thing unheard

Jim Lewis has been there for me and my family for years and years. A man true to his word and his commitment goes far and beyond what you would expect in a local law firm. Communication is key in any business and my experience with past counsel is post retainer it becomes more and more difficult to communicate; that is NOT the case with Mr. Lewis, he’s communicative, attentive, honest and just as important incredibly intelligent within his field. I would not trust anyone else in his areas of expertise.

Mr. Lewis for president. Mr. Lewis is an amazing lawyer. I was facing years in prison and he got me off on probation. Numerous violations and he still kept me from going to prison. If it wasn't for Mr.Lewis not sure where I would be today.

This is a straight up clown. He knows he is. Pretty much took my mothers money. It seems he was only genuine to certain clients. He is currently running for a state position. State Attorney or State Prosecutor. I cant recall which one. But who wants an attorney that's doing that? He doesnt call you with info. He has a smart mouth. Very indirect. Doesnt like to answer any questions. He gets very irritated when you asked questions. He is cheap because he knows he wont be doing any foot work that he should do. We never got anywhere with this guy. He didnt do a video call immediately like other attorneys offered when asked why, that's when he decided to do so, months into the case.
