PLEASE READ !!!! I would highly advise you to find another attorney. Jim Miller did absolutely nothing to represent me. I reached out to him twice and was told just do what they say without him knowing anything about my case. At court he said he knew nothing when he said he would speak to me before court just the day before causing my case to be prolonged. I had to ask him about documents he was sent and he knew nothing about them even though I was told they were sent. He also refused to give me his email so I could send additional documents to help with the case. I believe he did not care about my case based on my race which is unjust and quite frankly disgusting. Very unfair treatment and I would never treat my client that way. I will be filing a complaint regarding the unprofessionalis

Hired Jim Miller to get my money back for bad roofing job ( read review on Burkhead Home Specialist) . The corona virus caused a lengthy wait in the court system, no cause of Mr Miller, and finally went to court, Mr Miller won my case and finally I got paid after approximately 3 years of Burkheads refusing to pay. Miller is a good trial attorney, I like the fact he is aggressive and a go getter. I would hire him again.

He was professional and actually one of the best I ever have dealt with. I appreciate him and what he has done for me and my kids! He is top notch!
