Went in for an appointment he started off getting smart with me and my daughter saying my grandson couldn’t be in the room. Now why in the hell would I leave an autistic child in the waiting room with strangers. His whole tone on how he talks to people is real shitty and I don’t recommend his services for no one.

My ex and I have agreed on everything but for some reason the process has taken over almost 2 years now. I would recommend that if you are looking for a good attorney who is going to do what they say go else where. His office staff is nice but that doesn't help get the job done. Continuous after continuous it's horrible.

You should probably do some research on this guy before hiring him as your attorney. An Attorney Hartke in Cincinnati was suspended by the Ohio Bar for six (6) months for “angrily threatening a client” in front of her six-year-old daughter. Specifically, according to the Ohio Bar Board of Commissioners, Attorney Hartke: [C]alled [his former client] Usher at work. When Hartke was told that Usher was sick, he went to her apartment. There he confronted Usher, who was with her six-year-old daughter. Hartke admitted that he was angry at this time. A heated discussion ensued when Hartke demanded that Usher pay his fees. When it became clear that Usher would not pay, Hartke threatened her with criminal action. Hartke insisted that Usher go to the bank and withdraw funds to pay his fee. Ush

This guy has anger issues, he's always on the edge which makes being around him uncomfortable. Going to court is stressful enough, nobody needs a stressful lawyer in addition. He is not to be trusted. I regret hiring him.

He’s been nothing but kind to me, I would gladly recommend him to my family and friends. Getting the job done and getting it done right are two different things and he always gets the job done RIGHT.
