It's a big ordeal about the house I'm living in right now. The finance company shredded a money order payment and wouldn't except another payment. Now we are 2 years in and now Lovell is telling us we have to be out in 16 days and if we're not we lose everything that's left. Wondering how this is all legal. No foreclosure, no eviction nothing and making us leave with no where to go

Very bad landlord. And person quite honestly. I rented from mr lovell for approximately 6 months before things got very bad very quick. My children had made signs of JESUS. One saying Jesus is not the cause of your pain satan is. This sign was placed outside our home when Mr lovell saw this he became very irate at it and mad. He came and said he wanted it taken down and no more signs placed anywhere on property. He tried to force himself in the door on my kids, hurting one of there arms. While they tried to fight him from forcing himself into our home. He then took the sign down and threw out back. We placed back out and he then returned and threw out back again. We have all of this on home security recordings. He brought multiple letters saying how we can't have signs and multiple other

Nice patient with you got stuff done and before judge very quickly told you exactly what paperwork and things you need to get done so you could get things done quickly when dealing with the death of a love one when things are really hard to deal with very pleased with him and his staff thank you very much Mr. James Lovell
