Chuck James is a is a terrible attorney. He was supposed to file an affidavit for me a month ago and never did. He does not return phone calls and now has slipped out of town for 2 weeks further delaying the process. As a result I have written a letter to the ABA. I strongly advise against using their services unless you don't mind being jacked around.
