Previously I had this lawyer represent me concerning my WILL. At that time he charged me a reasonable amount! This past Friday, the 29th of Oct. (Friday), I went with my partner of 12-years for Mr. Duberg give my partner, "POWER OF "attorney". I had several disagreements with my partner concerning our responsibilities. So we informed his office that we would con-tact his office when "we"worked/ironed out the wrinkles. On our appointment day his secretary quoted us his structured FEES. The first 30-minutes was FREE! Upon leaving, he asked for $200.00 fee! He claimed we went over the time limit by 5-minutes. Yet, we WAITED ... for 10-minutes in his lobby!!
