I hired Mr Franks to handle my Armed Robbery case. It turns out in the state of Mississippi you can't get probation for armed robbery. But he got me the absolute best deal I think was possible considering the circumstances. 3 years to serve. That's the bare minimum you can get. If it weren't for Mr Franks, I never would've gotten the second chance at life I now have. Much love and appreciation to you!

It’s been a few years since I used Franks for an Attorney. My experience was pretty good. I had gotten a DUI while having an accident. Instead of learning my lesson, I received another less than two months later. I took the breathalyzer like an idiot, and of course I failed. Instead of using the usual names, I tried Jim Franks. He managed to knock a DUI charge down to a Public Drunk. I’m not saying it was cheap, but he did a good job for me. And yes, it is a good ole boys network. But you might as well play by their rules, because you sure aren’t gonna beat them at their game.

He toyed around in email. He requested information and every time I sent it, he pretended he never received it (IN EMAIL AND via postage). Eventually, he stopped responding. If he didn't want to take the case, he could have put on his big boy drawers and said that. I think he's a liar and racist. If one has any tint to their skin, contact him at your own risk.

Experience is what makes us good at what we do. Mr franks has probably forgotten more then these new guys will ever know because they already think they know it all. I guess everything has a 50-50 chance but I sure fill better having someone who's been through the courts for the Experience rather then just the books. Thanks Mr franks and associates for everything yall do!!

Mr. Franks represented me in court and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. His staff is also knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.
