I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to James. My son is now 21 and I started my child support journey with James when he was 4. My son’s dad has never paid monthly so James has been by my side helping me get large chunks of his back pay every couple years throughout my son’s life. Those chunks always helped my son in a big way (ie: toward buying him a car, college tuition, etc.) and without James, those things just wouldn’t have been possible. James, was fantastic for me in all aspects of what I needed. He would respond when I had questions, and had answers to my questions when I asked.
