I am so grateful for James B. Smith and his team, especially his clerk Valorie. I was in a very stressful and emotional situation, and they handled it with the utmost professionalism and care. I was on my way home after a long and emotionally draining day, having just attended my cousin's funeral. I was four hours into my drive when I was pulled over by an aggressive police officer. He claimed I was speeding and evading him, but I hadn't even seen him several cars behind me. I tried to explain the situation and was willing to accept a ticket, but the officer was unreasonable. After receiving a ticket for 92 in a 70, James Smith was able to reduce it to a 74/70. I spent maybe 10-15 minutes on the phone with them and the entire process was easy. I highly recommend.
