Passing around a C&D they claim was delivered to me and never was. The guy Ajit on the paperwork doesn’t even show to work for them, and won’t answer the phone to speak about it.

Attorney suggested that he has a way to resolve my case and charged me $1250. No service is provided even after 5-6 months now. I called several times and asked to help with case or provide refund but nothing done :( I am not sure if one is not able to provide service, why promise something and charge fees for doing absolutely nothing. :( When I met attorney I had so much hope but attorney don't even remember my case now.
