My experience with Jaffee Law was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After retaining the firm during what was already a stressful and vulnerable situation, I expected professionalism, accuracy, and a sense of urgency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Incorrect documents were filed on my behalf, which created additional complications instead of resolving the issue. Despite the seriousness and time-sensitive nature of the matter, there appeared to be little urgency shown in addressing the situation or correcting the errors.
