Absolutely, terribly unprofessional. Mr. Jacobs is retired, and has other attorneys working the office in his stead. I called this office FOUR TIMES over the course of three weeks for a simple real estate transaction. I spoke with two or three different people who promised a call back from an attorney. Never got a call back. Instead, I called Eric Hamill, Esq., who had the entire transaction COMPLETED in less time than I spent waiting for a call back from Mr. Jacobs' office (which I STILL never got). Don't waste your time!

TERRIBLE service.... and I am writing this after a YEAR of me bringing my mom there, them telling us they could help her with a simple will because they have a NY Attorney they work with, WASTED our time in their office talking to my mom to get down everything she wanted and then NEVER followed thru, even after me calling a few times afterward. Thank you for wasting an elderly woman's time & her thinking you would take care of her affairs. Whoever the woman is at the very front desk when u walk in facing the door, you must have had a slow Day & figured NOW we weren't good enough for your firm because my mom didn't have so much & I'm NOT afraid to tell you her last name is Ferrante. You probably didn't even make a file.

Mr. Jacobs was prepared, professional and easy to talk to. He has a pleasant disposition and did not rush through our discussions. He listened to my questions and concerns. All qualities I look for during an initial meeting with an attorney. He gave an clear description of each document and was prepared with answers to my questions.

Great attorney, everyone in the office is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
