Mr Wagner and I have had disagreements we went back and forth but hell he has been the only attorney that they have a gave me every single time whether it be child custody court family Court rather be domestic abuse cases whether it be any other type of driving without a license rather it be a probation violation I've done everything I'm supposed to as far as completing my programs I got through probation even like a week early for being good he knows I've really been working at everything so I think that's why he's starting to fight for me harder for me because I'm passing drug test because I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing I think these negative reviews are people who wouldn't straighten the hell up and Mr Wagner is not going to stand there and fight for someone who won't even figh

Worst attorney i have ever encountered tells you the best way to contact him is they email hahaha he does not respond to any emails or phones not to mention he will lie Thru his teeth and I have the evidence to proof he did needless to I've reported him to the NC Bar association.

Absolutely the best attorney around!! Honest and straight to the point is what he is. If you need the job done right he’s your man. Very trustworthy and professional and I can’t say enough good things about him and his practice.

If there was a option for negative stars that would be my choice. He represented my son. Absolute clown! If you like a attorney who spends more time chatting with court staff smiling joking around instead of getting to know your child and fighting for them well you need a therapist not a attorney!

Worst lawyer ever!! He just stood there instead of speaking up for my son. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer even if you ask for a court-appointed lawyer. FIND YOU ANOTHER LAWYER!!! PLEASE TRUST ME.
