My husband and I closed with Jackson Law on our first house. We had nerves because we have never been to a law office before, but it was such a seamless process!!! Jeremiah really made us feel welcomed! It was such a pleasant experience!

My recent closing with Jackson Law was, unfortunately, a stressful experience. Much of the difficulty centered around their use of the Qualia transaction management software, which appeared to be the required method for communication and document handling. While this system may work for some clients, it proved very difficult for my seller, who is elderly and not comfortable navigating online platforms. What should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily complicated. I requested assistance from their staff to help my client work through the system, but that support did not come until much later in the process and only after I pushed for it.
