I just had a conversation with Charles “Chuck” T. Jackson from this law firm regarding Estate Planning, Wills and trusts, and I was astounded by this gentleman's knowledge and kind approach. As this is an important yet sensitive discussion, I want to recognize his demeanor and ability to educate me on the nuts and bolts. I also found his calming approach to be most different than any other law office I have contacted regarding this matter. He exhibited the characteristics that are most needed during this type of conversation. I highly recommend this office.

I don't know how good they are at being a lawyer but I contacted them and was sent to voicemail on Monday morning needing a probate lawyer and here it is Friday and haven't heard from them yet. If they're not interested is at least a courtesy call to much to ask? Update they called today Sat. and apologized profusely and said they tried 3 times, I don't see it in my call log maybe some kind of a glitch. but I'll give them the benefit of doubt
