Jackson County District Attorney

I had an absolute pleasure dealing with the District Attorney office in Jackson County. I spoke with Amelia, Paula, and Jane who were attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about the issue that I was dealing with. You expect long hold times, snarky attitudes, and misplaced & mishandled information when calling in to a busy facility like a government building. But I felt like I was calling into a luxury hotel with how I was helped and how I felt after getting off the phone. Thank you so much! You all deserve many more wonderful things said about you.

I have a store front located in Medford Or. We are a sales and rental company. Back in May we had a customer that did not return his rental. Value of the rental equipment was ($5800) plus the $300 a day rental fee. I filled a police report and was told by the officer that there will be a warrant for his arrest in two days.Three months later nothing has happened. I called to find out why. I was told by the DA that they have up to three years. This is unacceptable. He was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care at all. I feel like my company is being discriminated against. I am looking for legal advice.

Started dealing with this place. Apparently Oregon can take money from you without a court order and seems to have a system to take advantage of veterans. The lady I dealt with had no respect for me and was unwilling to assist at all or clarify anything.

They are the worst people there is! The victim services is no help. And they are extremely lazy. They still have a case from August that they are saying is still in review. I am sick of being split from my family. They don't care about people at all! They only care about the money

They are so lousy and rude. The woman at the ticket counter said that I have not been charged and gave me a print out and double checked my address and said I would receive a letter in the mail with my new court day. 3 weeks later and no letter so I call the DAs office and find out there is a warrant out for me because i missed court that day...... Morons that can’t even do their jobs and take our tax money
