I recently worked with Jackeline, Rebecca, and Gina on modifying my child support order. This was a long and emotionally exhausting process. It was handled with professionalism and steady guidance. Lacks experience and empathy. This law office is clout chasing and money HUNGRY. They don’t care about their own people or community , they’re gonna find a way to take your money no matter what. My experience here was horrible from day 1, a 2 min consultation, rushed into signing contract , didn’t bother to learn anything about my case or background….After I had already paid an amount in full, I was pushed to pay “govt fees” that same day , for a case not even started yet… they hadn’t even talked to me about AP yet but yet wanted to charge me the government fees. Red flags but still gave them the benefit of the doubt….Communication is non existent after payment, I had to be the one to call for updates. Once you pay , they don’t care anymore , especially if you do a full payment…For my cas

I can’t say enough BAD things about this law office and the attorney. She neglected my dad’s case almost 2 years until they gave him a final order of deportation. In immigration, time is everything and she did nothing. She is way too inexperienced. Had our case floating from case worker to case worker. They were clueless. Yet they kept saying they knew exactly the process to do, that she approved and recommended, so my dad trusted that she would do her job. At the end they had a different attorney call to get us to pay for another process at his office but he didn’t really see hope since so much time had passed. She never apologized, I guess that shows her lack of professionalism. Trash business tbh. Playing with people’s lives.
