Despicable people. They tried to steal my property through tax sale, and mailed notice to an old address so I didn’t find out until I found notice of foreclosure on my door. Had to pay $2,500 in legal fees to get them to go away.

I had to put 1 star in order to post this, otherwise, it would have been a -5 rating. Cecile in this office is extremely rude, ignorant and incompetent. After receiving a letter from this office that directed me to call the office, I did and was told by Cecile that "I can't help you - I don't have any details". Cut me off several times and spoke over me. Hopefully, your firm can find a better employee with Customer Service skills.

Scott Morse is a great real estate attorney in Maryland. Although I live in the southern US, he is better than other Maryland real estate attorneys I have hired before. So, now I am only hiring him. He is able to get fast settlements. Thank you!

Seems like an opportunist who doesn't do his due diligence and wants to take advantage of people by any means necessary. He tried to buy my home in tax sale and when I explained to him the cities mistake he immediately emailed me back and said that he is pushing forward with the forclosure. I would be very scared if he every rightfully has your home in a tax sale as he seems as if he is an opportunist predator and not a reasonable human being.
