Beware! Mr. Rollins will impose astronomical fee's and demand that he be able to retain over 50% of your settlement. He attempted this with me, but was unsuccessful. He did not surrender my settlement without a fight.Truth be told if I hadn't prepared an Attorney/Client dispute package (that is free to the public and reviewed by the Florida Bar Association) I would not have received my settlement balance. From my experience he is a bottom feeder. He literally took my case that was considered "too small" by a bigwig firm. To the public: Proceed with extreme caution before allowing Mr. Rollins to help you with your injury case!
