if it weren’t for Melissa who helped me when John did not, it would be no stars. I’ve never been so disappointed and disrespected by a lawyer. Very unprofessional, does not hold to word, does not respect your time, no consistency. What could have been handled same day, was dragged out over 3 days and would have taken longer if I was not constantly checking on it. The way I was talked to was so uncalled for and rude. I will never take my business there again and never refer to him, a real shame.

Had so much hope for this firm. If I could give double zero I would. I contacted this firm about a case hearing in over a month’s advance notice seeking to initially only have a phone consultation. Provided proof of coverage and everything with the secretaries and heard nothing. Followed up a week later, and was told I would receive a call or email shortly. Instead, still heard nothing. Mind you, I was seeking only a consult first before moving forward. Finally, when I received a call it was in less than 2 weeks before the scheduled court date meaning in total it took a whole month just for a consultation call.
