Very rude secretary. Cut me off several times to tell me that SSA isn’t approving mental health disorders for SSDI and that they wouldn’t take my case before getting any information from besides asking when did I file. She said unless I was in a wheelchair that my back injury didn’t matter either. Unprofessional and rude.

SCAM!!!!! This place is a scam. I had court for a traffic ticket and never heard from Greg. When I called the "lawyer" I paid (a week after he told me he would call me and 16 days after the court date), he blamed the court for not informing me what happened and then told me I should be grateful he did such a good job.

Greg Tharp and staff provided consistent excellent service to our family! Greg stepped in multiple times to assist with difficult situations and his manner and professionalism are not only effective but kind and understanding! The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process, specifically Pat was instrumental in helping us understand certain processes and what to expect along the way. I highly recommend this law firm!

So glad I found Greg Tharp and his team. They helped me every step of the way and made sure I was well informed and prepared for everything. No surprises. His staff was always available when I needed them. I wish I had called them sooner. Highly recommend if you are trying to deal with the SS administration call these guys immediately to help.

Having been turned down in 2014 with a less than helpful monge & associates I reapplied. This time referred to J Greg Tharp. I am amazed at the difference in getting through this arduous process.
