Bristow is always pleasant and professional. He goes out of his way to accommodate any changes or issues that may arise. He's been great to work with over the years.

I am a Real Estate Investor and Broker. I have been using Bristow for years and closed a ton of transactions with him. He is always professional and does an excellent job!

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with his performance. He conducted the closing of our recent home purchase and proved to be very noncommunicative and unprofessional with us. He left us very confused and uninformed about many important factors. When taken to task about these issues, he responded by stating very immaturely that he did not represent us and was extremely rude to my wife. In my opinion, there are much better attorneys out there that are respectful to everyone involved in a transaction.

I would not recommend this closing attorney to anyone for a few reasons. There was a serious lack of communication prior to closing. He failed to transfer a security deposit to us at closing; when I tried to inquire about it (phone calls not returned), I eventually received an email from him. In his email, he refused to accept responsibility or offer assistance to remedy the situation. I actually had to go to my broker to fix this. But the most troubling part of all of this was the unbecoming manner in which he replied to my query. He made several derogatory remarks about my character. As a woman, I found these remarks incredibly troubling, especially coming from a "professional" man. Do yourself a favor and learn from our experience.
