J. Alexander Law Firm

I was involved in a car accident back in November of 2023. I was leaving my apartment to go to campus and I got rear ended by two vehicles while I was at a complete stop on 1604. I had back injuries and head injuries due to the accident. I contacted J. Alexander Law and they quickly took action in getting me started on the road to recovery. Roxanne and Ana were so helpful in making the process easier for me. My biggest fear was not being able to cover my expenses and having to pay out of my pocket. Fortunately, all my medical expenses were paid for and I ended up receiving a check once my case closed. I wouldn’t be fully recovered if it weren’t for them. I’m so grateful for everything that J Alexander Law has done for me. They definitely are the best in Texas.

I thought long and hard about what I’d say in my review, but in the simplest terms the J Alexander law firm made this process difficult, frustrating and feel even longer than necessary. I was left in the dark for months regarding my own case. I was not told about negotiations, workers comp, or even who my actual attorney was. The firm lacks credibility and ethics, and the individual staff members have little etiquette or respect for clients. There’s a reason many of them have resorted to having family and friends put dazzling reviews. If there’s anything you take away from my review, it is that there are many other PI firms in San Antonio that would surely give you better advice and quicker results.

Absolutely peak agency! They really got me what I feel was an excellent outcome to my case. Very satisfied with Roxanne Mata and all her help arranging my medical services and she had outstanding communication and availability throughout the whole duration of case. Settlement process was well explained and made very clear. Very transparent process with J. Alexander. Could not be happier and god forbid anything happens again, but I will only use J. Alexander if it does. 11/10

J. Alexander Law Firm has exceptional service and I’ve heard so many great things about them since moving near San Antonio! I love to hear how they give back to the community and I think that really sets them apart from other firms in the area. Will recommend to friends/family!
